I found the lack of attention to detail troubling. The room lacked essential items. Specifically, there were no disposable slippers. I also noticed the curtains had visible stains. This detracted from the overall experience.

a wonderful city stay

perfect locationcomfortable bedbusy car park

i found the location perfect for exploring. the wide comfortable bed ensured rest. everything was very clean and fresh upon arrival.

the public multi-story car park caused some inconvenience. it got busy with arena events. the walk from the car park was a little longer than i would have preferred.

the staff offered considerable assistance , ensuring a smooth check-in. they also stored luggage after check-out , allowing for additional shopping before departure. their helpfulness added to the positive experience.

the location wos excellent and the staff seemed lovely.

The customer service wos subpar. I arrived early and wos told there was nowhere to leave my bags. the attitude from the front desk wos dismissive. Plus, the air conditioning in my room didn't work, and the windows did not open.
